Learning tracks
Community code: listening to cultural voices
Document how product teams invite, credit, and compensate cultural experts so users trust the huangli experience.
Map the advisor network
List the elders, ritual designers, language coaches, and diaspora organizers you consult. Link each name to the cultural advisor section in the footer and describe the scenarios when you seek their review (new copy, onboarding flows, major feature launches).
Capture feedback loops
Use a shared doc or Airtable to log community feedback, including date, contact, requested change, and resolution. Reference this log in /learn so readers see that comments from beta groups or Discord channels lead to concrete updates.
Budget for cultural labor
Outline how you compensate advisors, storytellers, or translators with honoraria, revenue share, or spotlight features. Share the intake form link so new contributors can apply, and include tax or invoicing guidance for cross-border payments.
Report back to the community
Host quarterly sessions (livestream, office hours, or asynchronous memo) summarizing what shipped, what you are still learning, and how feedback reshaped the roadmap. Publish notes in /learn and tag the relevant solar terms or festivals so people can trace the cultural context.
